Okay, so I'm in some sort of anime.

I'm with Molly, but she's in some sort of anime style. We hide around the corner because we see 
Sakura (from naruto) and someone with grey hair (again anime/manga style) kissing.

Sakura then sees us. Molly thinks she's going to be mad with us, but instead, she just sucks up to me.

I then go to visit some hot spring things, I go into a room and there are 6 tags, 4 with Japanese on 
them. 2 Of them are english. I then get changed and just put a towel on.

I am then in some kind of field with Shikamaru and Kiba. (again, both from Naruto)   Kiba makes me 
put a stone/pebble thing to my heart.

10 Minutes before I was going asleep I watched Naruto...
